On Monday morning I contacted Giordano roofing and just 3 hours later we were on the roof assessing where the leak most likely came from. He quickly identified an improperly installed vent boot that had miraculously not leaked for nearly 13 years but was now failing badly. He gave me a plan and a quote on the spot and told me he could most likely get things fixed up before additional heavy rain was to arrive just two days later. He was able to squeeze me in the following morning and within 2 hours the roof was repaired. I even joined him on the roof where he showed me the issue and how it was fixed. The following day we received over 2 inches of rain and not a drop inside. I would highly recommend.
