Filled out the online quote form and was contacted by the owner within an hour. He was out to our house to provide an estimate the next day. He is extremely pleasant, professional, and VERY neat (a big plus from my point of view!). He also was able to find a slither of an opening where water was entering the wall of an add-on and he sealed it up post haste! I also like that he showed up when he said he would -- which is too often not the case with many contractors. I've already recommend him to a colleague.
